Sufiyan has over 15 years of experience in the civil service, working across a range of law enforcement agencies and within the criminal justice system. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Law and completed his Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in supporting judicial and legal processes, including experience within the Magistrates’ Court.

Sufiyan currently works within MB Law’s busy Crown Court team, where he has gained substantial experience dealing with serious and complex criminal matters. He has experience representing clients across a broad spectrum of offences, including robbery, rape and serious sexual assaults, GBH, fraud, large-scale conspiracies, POCA proceedings, HMRC invesitgations and high-value drug importation cases

In addition to crime, Sufiyan has extensive knowledge and experience working in immigration and sensitively advises on asylum, deportation and human rights matters.

His professional background reflects a strong commitment to public service, legal administration, and the effective management of complex criminal proceedings.
