Sudhanshu is the Director of MB Law Solicitors and has extensive experience spanning more than 20 years across criminal defence, family law and civil litigation. He is recognised for his strategic, robust and client-focused approach to complex legal matters.

Sudhanshu regularly represents clients in serious and high-profile criminal cases, including fraud, money laundering, drug conspiracies, murder and offences prosecuted under the Terrorism Act. He also has substantial experience representing clients facing HMRC investigations and prosecutions, including MTIC VAT fraud and duty evasion matters. His work on complex cases has led to strong professional relationships with leading barristers and King’s Counsel across London and other major cities.
