Shamim has been practising since 2010 and is an accredited Criminal Defence Solicitor with extensive experience in both criminal and family law matters. Having worked with MB Law Solicitors since 2014, she is recognised for her dedicated, strategic and results-driven approach to legal representation.

Shamim specialises in all aspects of criminal defence and represents clients from the initial stages of investigation through to trial and sentencing. She has extensive experience dealing with serious and complex matters, including murder, fraud, conspiracy, drug offences, robbery, burglary, sexual offences, violent offences, domestic violence allegations, public order matters and weapon-related offences. She regularly represents clients at police stations and in the Magistrates’ Court, providing clear advice, robust defence preparation and effective advocacy.

In addition to criminal law, Shamim has extensive family law experience, advising clients on divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, injunctions and domestic abuse matters with a practical, supportive and professional approach.
